September 21st: Sasuke, Hinata, and Sakura rescue Naruto.

September 24th: Naruto wakes up.

September 25th: Tsunade takes Naruto into her home.

September 26th: Naruto begins training with Tsunade.

September 27th: More training. Naruto and Hinata take a walk. Tsunade gets the letter about Naruto's lineage. Naruto encounters Momiji. Naruto finds out Hinata likes him. Tsunade offers to adopt Naruto. In the evening, Naruto and Hinata take another walk and skip walks at the lake.

September 28th: Naruto tells Tsunade he doesn't want to be her son. Sakura finds out what really happened at the Valley of End. Tsunade takes on Sakura and Hinata as her students. Naruto changes his mind and accepts Tsunade's offer. In the early evening, he finds out who his parents were and reads a letter from his father.

October 1st: Naruto tells Hinata and Sakura about his birthday. Orochimaru kidnaps Gama-kichi.

October 2nd: Jiraiya takes a pounding from Tsunade.

October 8th: Gama-Ikinone tells Jiraiya about Gama-kichi's kidnapping.

October 10th: Naruto's birthday party. Naruto decides he might be developing feelings for Hinata and has his first nosebleed. Lee confesses his love to Sakura.

October 11th: Sakura asks Ino to train her and learns about her bloodline limit. Naruto's voice begins cracking.

October 12th: Sakura goes into Naruto's mind and goes into a coma.

October 23rd: Tsunade tells Naruto that she plans to announce his adoption.

October 25th: Sakura wakes up and is afraid of Sasuke. Naruto tells his friends his secrets. Sakura decides she might be starting to like Lee.

October 26th: Tsunade announces Naruto's adoption to the village. TenTen gives Sasuke kunai throwing tips.

November 18th: Jiraiya tells Naruto he knew he knew Naruto is Arashi's son. Sakura puts 'kun' at the end of Naruto's name for the first time.

November 19th: Naruto realizes he likes Hinata and asks her to be his girlfriend.

November 20th: Kakashi, Naruto, Hinata, Sakura and Sasuke head to Ganshou city for a mission. Itachi also heads for Ganshou with the intent of kidnapping Naruto.

November 21st: The team arrives in Ganshou.

November 22th: Naruto makes his first kill.

November 23rd: The team finds the Yokai gang hideout. Jiraiya, TenTen, Lee, and Neji head to Ganshou as backup for Naruto's team.

November 24th: Jiraiya's team arrives at the volcano road and Neji's fear of fire forces him to go back to Konoha.

November 25th: Kakashi's team invades the Youkai gang's headquarters. Jiraiya's team arrives in Ganshou and joins Kakashi's team in the fight. Uzumaki Minako appears. Naruto learns that she is his aunt and that she had tried to kill his mother. He also learns that another member of the gang, Minako, is his cousin. Naruto discovers his Ikasugan and that he can make an explosive out of something in the air. Naruto gets burned for the first time in his life and nearly dies from it. Minako commits seppuku. Tomoyo learns of her sister's death and Naruto. Sakura tells Sasuke she's no longer in love with him. Itachi takes Naruto. Orochimaru informs Naruto he wants him as his new vessle. Naruto is given the Niji chakra and Itachi kills Oro and Kabuto.

November 26th: Jiraiya returns Gamakichi's body to Gamabunta.

November 28th: Naruto wakes up after having been unconsious for 3 days due to the pain of recieving the niji chakra. Sakura Tells Lee she likes him. Jiraiya and Naruto become friends again.

November 29th: Sakura invites Naruto to her birthday party.

November 30th: Naruto gets his first cold and learns about Sugikon. TenTen teaches Sasuke her 'grid' system. Naruto and Tomoyo talk about his father. Tomoyo gives Naruto Arashi's kunai. Naruto and Hinata have a mud fight and get new clothes. Momiji tries to get Naruto again.

December 2nd: Kakashi reveals his face to Tomoyo. Naruto gives Sakura her b-day present from when she was nine. Hinata tells Naruto she's in love with him.

December 3rd: Kyuubi returns during Naruto's training session with Tsunade. Sasuke blows up at TenTen for making a big deal when he laughs. Naruto shows Tsunade his new healing abilities.

December 4th: Naruto has dinner with Sakura and her Mom. Jiraiya decides to take Naruto away to train.

December 5th: Hinata's wig secret is revealed to her father and, later in the day, to Naruto. Kyuubi forces Naruto to face hhis worst memories.

December 8th: Kyuubi leaves. Jiraiya tells Naruto that he's taking him with him for six months. Sasuke apologizes to TenTen. Naruto tells Hinata he loves her.

December 8th: Naruto leaves Konoha for a six month training period. End book one.

June 10th: Book two starts. Naruto returns from his training with Jiraiya. Tsunade learns Naruto's niji chakra is killing him.

June 11th: Tsunade decides the best way to heal Naruto's chakra imbalance is to have him use Souzou Saisei. Sakura learns of Naruto's condition.

June 13th: Sasuke finds out about Naruto's problem by accident. Naruto nearly dies from chakra pathway degradation. Naruto releases the Souzou Saisei and heals most of the damage.

June 16th: Naruto heals the rest of the damage and is out of danger. Team 7 and team 8 are given a mission to Suna.

June 17th: The team arrives in Suna.

June 18th: Naruto has a talk with Gaara while he's on guard duty. Naruto learns Gaara has been chosen to succeed the current Kazekage when his time is done. Naruto meets Kurumi.

June 19th: Naruto and Sakura have their first taste of ice cream. Deidara and Sasori attack. Gaara is injured though Naruto saves him. Naruto reveals the sugikon rasengan. Sasori dies, Deidara escapes. Chiyo dies. Naruto finds out Hinata nearly sacrificed herself to save him in Ganshou and they have a small fight.

June 22nd: Tsunade arrives in Suna to help in curing the poisoned troops. Naruto and Hinata make up. Naruto visits Gaara. Gaara agrees to go on a 'date' with Kurumi. Naruto learns that the girl he killed in Ganshou was the Kazekage's daughter. The team from Konoha goes home.

June 23rd: Naruto finds out Haruka is awake. Kikyo finds this out also and kills her. Naruto tries to kill Kikyo but Sasuke manages to stop him.

June 30th: Kakashi and Tomoyo tell Naruto and Hinata that they are engaged. Naruto's dual rasengan is shown. The Akatsuki put a new plan into motion. Naruto tells Hinata she can go with him to Kikyo's trial.

June 2nd: Naruto visits the Namikaze complex. The trial.

July 3rd: Kikyo's sentence is carried out. Naruto's seal training begins. Itachi arrives at Konoha and uses a genjutsu to trick Sasuke into fighting Naruto. Sasuke is removed from active duty for 2 weeks for chasing Itachi without telling anyone.

July 4th: Naruto changes his mind and releases Kikyo. He also gets writing lessons from Hinata and has a talk with Hiashi.

July 14th: Naruto finishes up his writing lessons, manages to seal something and recieves a letter of apology from the kazekage plus news of a scroll that belonged to the Namekaze. Team 7 finds out they will be in the next chuunin exam. The Suna sibs arrive in Konoha. Hinata gets to see the Namikaze complex. Naruto recieves a summoning scroll for dragons.

July 15th: Kakashi asks Naruto to be his best man. Gaara give Naruto a talk about maturity and the Suna sibs leave. Naruto asks Tsunade for "Hokage lessons".

July 18th: More hokage lessons. Naruto and Tomoyo train. Tomoyo shows Naruto her summons.

July 22nd: Tsunade decides to send team 7 on a mission to an abandoned Akatsuki base. Naruto and Sasuke clean the Naimikaze complex. Naruto starts learning Hiraishin. Naruto and Jiraiya talk to Gamabunta.
