This site is a place for the viewing and discussion of Cartoon Music Videos (CMVs). If you are looking for anime music videos (AMVs) you won't find them here. Only toons from the USA are allowed.
If you would like to have your vid listed here please refer to the submission page. On that note, only videos I consider to be good will be chosen. I've spent enough hours on youtube wading through piles of filth to know that people need a place to go where they know they'll only find good vids. Now this may sound mean or elitist, but I'm tired of hunting and I know others are too.
Another reason I made this site is because I'm hoping to raise the bar for CMVs. I've been making AMVs for 5 years and I can tell you that a large portion of CMVs on the streaming video sites are below the level of even the biggest newbie on animemusicvideos.org. I believe the reason for the higher quality in AMVs is the community and education availible on the org. I'm hoping to introduce that to the CMV community.
